1. Enter a description of any type.
2. Choose the type of request and specify key requirements.
3. Select one or more suppliers.
4. Assign your supplier information.
5. Attach relevant documents and/or enter details.
To manage your privacy, your suppliers receive an initial email with only your organization name and equipment categories.
Suppliers indicate their interest and response time.
Interested suppliers receive a subsequent email message containing the full details of your request.
Supplier acknowledgements are saved in your History when sent from an Item or Request.
Thereafter, correspondence between you and the supplier(s) will be outside the Attainia application.
If one or more suppliers do not respond to your request, Attainia will attempt to contact them. If a supplier remains unresponsive, Attainia will follow up with you.
